Discovery Insure saves the day, DO NOT BUY RUN FLAT TYRES

Great service, by Brandon Pillay, I called the call center on Sunday 27 Dec 2020, and was assisted within minutes, Brandon confirmed that there were no tyre dealers open on a Sunday, (long weekend) in Johannesburg. Within minutes he had arranged a tow truck to bring my car home, Brilliant service, the tow truck operator Lebo from Scaratswe Tow called me within minutes of my call to Discovery Insure and said he would be onsite within 30 minutes. The whole process was handled brilliantly by Brandon and Lebo. Well done guys you sorted out my trouble effortlessly. A word of advice to any would be buyer of a car that has run flat tyres, DO NOT BUY A CAR THAT COMES WITH RUN FLAT TYRES. WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ON A SUNDAY LONG WEEKEND YOU WILL NOT FIND A DEALER OPEN ANYWHERE THAT SELLS RUN FLAT TYRES, IT IS A DISGRACE THAT DURING A HOLIDAY PERIOD THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DEALER OPEN ANYWHERE IN JOHANNESBURG THAT SELLS RUN FLAT TYRES. THERE IS NOT EVEN AN EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER FOR MAJOR RETAILERS SUCH AS TWT, HIQ OR MINTY'S.
