Discovery Insure's Mambojambo

Discovery is quick to ensure you and take your premiums but set a legio of requirements that are not communicated with you. These requirements are a conditions of coverage and should you not comply when a claim arise if you will suffer the damage . I contacted the call center to find out if all of my vehicles have covered after my broker notified me that they require inspections before they fully insure the vehicles where I have paid premiums for the past 3 years. I contacted Discovery and the person at Disvovery Ayanda Pholwane said that my vehicles were not extensively insured because I did not do the inspections. Later she changed her story, but without credibility I could rely on. My problem is that discovery has taken my money for 3 years and I have not attempted to contact me and regarding the limited insurance. Upto today I can still get no confirmation to what extent my vehicles are insured.. Discovery makes a simple product a maze of requirements that are not explained to the broker or communicated to the client. Thus would end up not paying a claim.

Hi Sakhe

You have not returned with any feedback regarding my situation, nether do I have any contact details. I want te resolve the issues corncerning my insurance. I do not think that this is best practice treating a client who pays premuims and who do not claim.

Next stop is your CEO.
