Discovery Insure roadside assistance the worst, nothing as advertised.

I got stuck in the middle of nowhere from bloem to PTA at 01:00am. I called discovery insure for road side assistance and I was told I had to pay the tower R1100 and the consultant said he couldn't get a transport for my family I must call uber even though these were benefits listed as part of the insurance when i took it. I called discovery Insure at 01:08am and help only arrived at 03:35am. I was stuck in the dark with a child next to bushes and trees, so scared.
