Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance
Kelebogile (Lebo) Diale took my call when I was stranded on the M2 West, and immediately assured me that she'll get in touch with the service provider to come and tow my car. She communicated the driver's name, and some 45 minutes when we were on the road after receiving assistance, she called again to find out if help had arrived. It was great experiencing the follow-up and professional care! Kudos!
