Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance

I did like the professionalism of the contact centre agents and the efficiency of the process and assistance. I didn't like the multiple verifications. I had to enter my ID number before getting to an agent, then I had to go through a verification process with the agent and then the agent passed me onto the emergency team and once again I had to go through the same verification questions, which is frustrating and highly inefficient.
