Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance.

My car broke down on Friday and needed to be towed to my mechanic. Zunaid Joseph made sure that I was happy with the tow company and checked up on me promptly throughout the process in a professional and courteous manner 3 out of 4 times.

The tow truck that arrived had no signage. I accompanied the car to the mechanic. The tow truck engine sounded poorly serviced and I did wonder if the tow truck itself would not break down along the way.

This is not the first time I have had broken down looking vehicles sent to me from Discovery. I have your roadside assistance service five times. Two out of the five have matched the professional image of Discovery. I think this service needs to be regulated better.

The service provided by the Discovery Call Center is very good to excellent however the quality of the roadside assistance ranges from average to good.
