Discovery Insure Roadside Assist

I had outstanding service from Discovery Insure. I had a breakdown with my vehicle yesterday (Mon 30 Dec 2019), which was towing a trailer, in the Benoni AH area. I called Discovery Insure at 14:03 and was assisted by Vinceno Wilhase who not only gave me assurance that I would be receiving help soon, but he also listened to how the breakdown happened and pointed out (with accuracy), what the problem was. At 14:13, I received an SMS from the towing coming informing me that they would be with me within 30 minutes. Between that time and 14:25, a representative of the towing company made 3 attempts to contact me and kept me updated. And by 14:30 my car was already loaded onto the tow truck and my trailer attended to. What more could I have asked for?
