Discovery Insure - *******!!

This is all I have received from I suppose an automated mail from a Shanna Caromba, COO of Discovery Insure. Well Shanna considering this is the only platform that really gets attention. Could you or somebody from your team please come shed some light on your excessive monthly premiums, I mean it is really becoming stupid and ridiculous.
