Discovery Insure Rip-Off

On the 14th of September 2017, I had a housebreak at my house and my staff were ****** so since i insured them with Discovery Insurance i called them and reported the matter, including the police and the caretaker. they later sent me and accessor, that asked me ridiculous questions and they later rejected my claim without even sending me a letter explaining thier findings and conclusions even today when i contact the accessor i do not get a response. I have been with Discovery for the past 5years they have been taking my money monthly but when its time for them to assist me in my claim they come with stories. someone, please help me. i cant just let them rip me off like this.
