Discovery Insure rewards and app

The discovery insure app still shows July statement, we're 2 weeks away from October. The daily driving scores never seem to update properly. As per Discovery correspondence, driving reward cash back were to be paid within first 2 weeks of following month. Surprise surprise, this hasn't been done. In general, the Discovery apps perform quite poorly, stability wise.
