Discovery Insure Review

Zunaid Joseph, from Discovery Insure, dealt with my emergency situation. I required my insurance to tow my car to my home which was about 30km from the breakdown. I was asked to pay R450 despite this being part of my cover. I made a statement that "my insurance let me down". Zunaid said he will speak to his team and the cost was dropped. Zunaid's manner was courteous and helpful. However why was the service, which is due to me, not provided in the first place?
