Discovery Insure Review

At first Jose Nelson called me from discovery Insure stating that he will be handling my claim and asking me about the incident details. I was booked for a appointment for my car to be inspected the following day. Then I got a call from Mr Nelson stating that my police reference number of the accident was incorrect and the cell number of the 3rd party is incorrect because of that the claim will be paused until it is sorted out. I called my broker Fateen Savahl and ask her if she can sort the problem out. The following day i got a call from Mr Nelson that told me that everything is settled and the claim is approved. Right now I'm just waiting for the panal beater shop to let me know when they receive all the car parts for my car so that I can send my car in for repair, hopfully the process will run smooth from here
