DISCOVERY INSURE REVIEW

Hi. To be totally honest - Discovery Insure has given us very ****ty service! About a month ago, her car door was dinged while she was parked outside a venue. We lodged the claim via their app and they referred us to CK CoachWorks for the assessment. They were terrific, But hen the wheels came off Discovery Insure. The car has been at CK CoachWorks for a whole week while Discovery Insure was trying to get a replacement door (to no avail). It is now weeks later and we still have not heard anything from Discovery Insure - despite e-mails sent and a phone call to their call centre.
