Discovery insure rethink extremely Poor service,

Claimed for a property break-in in Vredenburg, Discovery appointed a Cape Town service provider for they don't has support in Vredenburg, After many backwards & forward, due to claim agent does not return after several emails. Finally was sent agreement of loss I thought thsi is the end but I then noticed that some expensive items were missed. I enquired after several attemps go to a senior agent & now I must run around to get quotes for missed items. To top this all I live in Cape Town 150km away & this my first claim in about 10years????paying & paying????
