Vehicle accident claim assistance on Discovery Insure policy

Tasmina "Taz" Nair & Asanda "Asa" (Taz's Manager): I was in a motor vehicle accident on 11 Jan.2020, went under 3 x surgeries and have more lined up. Insure responded super fast on the scene with medics. I am temporarily disabled, unable to walk for now, on pain and sleeping meds daily. I called Insure to submit my claim, was rudely assisted by one of the agents (male) and after I request for the claim to be escalated, suddenly no one ever made contact with me. After almost a whole month of being sent from pillar to post on the calls that I logged, finally a Super Star, Tasmina "Taz" Nair & her Super Star Manager Asanda "Asa" took charge of my claim, they paid full attention to me, returned my calls and resolved the issues on my policy. All it took was for the 2 x Super Stars to listen to me, followed up on the policy issue and they resolved it in no time. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Taz & Asa's excellent service, since I started dealing with these Ladies.
