Discovery Insure, Retentions Department - Mathibedi Chueu

I had to unfortunately do a policy cancellation to our difficult times and received great help from Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions Department. He explained all the "Ins-and-Outs" wrt to my decision as well as other possibilities to consider and was very courteous and understanding of my situation.
