Discovery Insure Retentions assistance

I have lodged numerous complaints with Discovery Insure regarding my premiums and claims history. I have been bounced around different departments with no help or explanation until i received a call from Shafick Allow from Retentions last week.

Very polite and helpful gentleman who assisted in rectifying and explaining the claims and high premium issues on my account. Ultimately my premiums were reduced by about R600 and my insurance claim history was explained. Thank you for the excellent service Shafick. I just wish you would rub off on your other colleagues that I have spoken to.
