Discovery Insure Retention - it works
Had a really good experience with Discovery Insure yesterday - phoned in to cancel my policy because its much more expensive than a competing policy. With the minimum of fuss, Shamanie gave me a much better deal and ensured that I didn't cancel the policy. Wish it was this easy to work with Insurance companies all the time! Very friendly and efficient.
