Discovery Insure Retension Department
Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department. Is very friendly and helpful. I'm always happy to have a conversation with such a friendly person. I'd like to compliment her for the excellent service she provided me with a cancellation. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. Ms. Naidoo's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations
