Discovery Insure – Request for Resolution of Issue Pending for Almost Two Years

Following my Discovery Insure review posted on hellopeter on the 18th of September 2025, I received a few phone updates indicating that a follow-up with the contractor would take place. However, I am deeply concerned that, to date, no resolution has been achieved. I have not received any communication from them this month, which is both disappointing and unacceptable.

It is concerning that the lack of communication may be intended to discourage me from pursuing this matter. I must emphasize that this approach is ineffective. I require a prompt and satisfactory resolution regarding the substandard workmanship resulting from the contractor's floor installation.
