Discovery Insure replaces laptop

I destroyed my laptop by knocking over a glass of water onto it. From when I called in to report the incident and get a claim number, to when claim was approved and the option was given to me to either get a new laptop from them or to get the money paid to me, the call center agent, Edith was extremely competent and Khensani was very prompt to contact me and to return my calls when he said he would.
