Discovery Insure Refuse to cancel my policy!

Been struggling for 2 months to cancel my policy!! Nobody ever contacts back!! They just hung up the phone!

Its my right to cancel my policy and seek further legal action! I won't let them get away with this! it's been a nightmare!
