<p>I have recently had to review and reapply for my discovery car insurance, reactivate my insurance basically, and I had the utmost pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful, courteous lady Boitumelo Mathatho, she was warm and professional, explained everything kindly and very welcoming, she assisted me promptly and made me feel so accommodated and appreciated, by the time I hung up, everything was established and I couldn't have been happier, she really made my day, I just wish more people were as accommodating.
