In all my years being insured with Discovery, I can in all honesty say that I have never had a single issue, concern or problem in my entire time with them and have never had to log any complaints or tickets. From sales to billing to after sales service, it has all been the absolute best. Although their premiums are bit higher than the norm, the absolute amazing quality of service I have received over the years is proof that you do get what you pay for and is worth every cent. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be leaving the Discovery Family, however I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality insurer. Claims were immediate and efficiently resolved as were any queries I had. There was always an agent available to talk to me and the app provided me with any additional information I would have required. Special mention to Sandile Mhlanga in the retention department for taking the time to give me a call and speak to me regarding my termination request and all the details pertained therein. You were very kind and eager to assist. I simply cannot express enough how excellent my experience has been and am thankful to have been a part of their incredible insurance family.
