discovery Insure: ****py ethic

So i contact discovery via broker to request assistance with a blocked sewer line under the impression that much lauded 24hr emergency assistance will dispatch a plumber and make short work of a ****py issue. A while later broker advises that discovery is on the matter. I am currently stuck outside country so i get a whatsap from my daughter yesterday; a week later, asking if insurance came back to me. I contact broker and they advise that discovery let them know today that the fault falls under an exclusion on my policy. A simple unblocking of drainpipe i last paid plumber R300 for. Why do they advertise 24hr emergency assistance? Or, tell me what the problem is so i can get my kids out of leaking sewer pipes by requesting another plumber who can unblock sewers to do the job. Disgusting work ethic, human principles and just giving a damn. I cannot fully express my disgust and i also only gave 1 star because minus cannot be displayed. Life,medical aid, cars, house. Over R10K every month in total for this lack of service.
