Pathetic customer service from the Discovery Insure Purple Plan. The consultants are poorly training and ill-informed on their insure product and terms and conditions. They provide the me with incorrect information, which ultimately financially prejudiced me. Access to the recorded conversation do not seem to be available to substantiate the conversation i had with the consultant
