Discovery Insure Purple - A Colossal F**K UP!!!

i really do not know whats going on there at discovery, i pay soo much to them every month and when it comes time to claim im always made to jump through hoops. They created this purple department and coaxed people to get on it only for it to be the worst thing that ever happened. I dont know where all this biase is coming from but it has been hell dealing with this purple team, and to the extent that one micheal of a character told me to take it up with the ombudsman if im not happy with the outcome of a claim, now this happens again and they are bringing in the same Micheal, who even after it had come out about how rude and thieving his people and suppliers were failed to render an appology. they really want to take it to the same micheal again. Please with all due respect, someone should please get in on this as i am loosing my mind!!!
