Discovery Insure problems

Discovery Insure have debited my bank account 3 times in one month, each time I had insufficient funds in my account. Unfortunately my income has been impacted by the economic situation caused by the covid-19 pandemic, at the same time been unable to pay my premiums. I have received numerous emails from Discovery Insure that my policy has been canceled but still their collections department keep debiting my bank account! Costing me big time on fees!
