Discovery Insure - Problem with C-Track
I don't have an issue with Discovery Insure directly, but with their service provider C-Track. I was involved in an accident and the tracker didn't pick up any impact on the vehicle. I received no call from their emergency team and no assistance.

13 Apr 2022, 12:41I received a call from Thami, relationship manager for Discovery Insure. He gave me explanation that doesn't solve the problem. He also mentioned "In our industry , no company can ever guarantee that a unit will work or not. The purpose for the unit is to mitigate loss/incident. For this reason is seen as a benefit." I'm not happy with this response as it doesn't provide peace of mind that in the event of an accident, Discovery emergency team will be notified of the impact and provide the necessary assistance.
