Discovery Insure - Praise for Nokuthula Dhlamini

Hello Discovery Insure,

I had the pleasure of interacting with Nokuthula Dhlamini from the Retentions department to cancel my insurance policy ***) that was created as a "test case". She was open to the criticism I had with the onboarding process for new business specifically relating to my case, and really great in making Discovery Insure appealing to me and I might just consider it in the not so distant future due to it's zero excess feature.
