Discovery Insure Poor Service to the Core

On 10 August 2025, a member of the Discovery Insure was involved in an accident with me, and she was at fault. The lady was so honest and even went to open the case with the police for my claim process through Discovery to be smooth. I contacted Discovery, and Tshidi Malatji (Agent) shared the application form, which i completed and submitted with all required information a week after the accident in August 2025. Today, the 6th of November 2025, Tshidi has been saying she will contact me and she never did. I contacted the Discovery Insure call centre and each time they say Tshidi Malatji will contact me and she never did. Last week on 31 October 2025, I reached out to their complaints department and 6 days later I am still waiting for them to escalate my complaint. My car is still damaged and not repaired three months later. I will never recommend anyone close to me to be a member of Discovery Insure.
