Discovery Insure - poor service!
Very difficult to deal with - emails are not answered. You get transferred from one department to the next. Very difficult to get hold of anyone to finalize your query. Very disappointed in the service (or rather lack of service!)

11 Jan 2022, 09:00It is now the 11th January - more than a week later and I am sad to say say that I have NOT been contacted by anyone at Discovery! All you ever get from Discovery is automated response and then nothing further! Just another company that over promises and under delivers!
