Discovery insure poor service
My wife had an accident with our vehicle on 29/04/2022 to date discovery has not resolved the claim. Gontse Moteane handling the case all he can say is he's awaiting assessment. It's nearly a month this is ridiculous and poor service.

05 Jun 2022, 19:42The matter didn't take 48hours however Discovery since the initial complaint did open the communication channel and kept us updated on developments. Which eased our concerns. Overall they are still a great insurer. Thanks.
