Discovery Insure Poor Service

My vehicle was ****** and I've been highly disappointed with Discovery Insure and the service I've received. First, Discovery insures me for a 4x2 when in an email to their consultant I clearly specified that my vehicle is a 4x4 (I have this email on record). I was lead to believe that I was insured for a 4x4 and accepted the quote, now I'm told by them that I must pay backdated premiums on a 4x4 before they'll pay me out. With my vehicle being ****** Discovery had the best chance of recovering it as I phoned immediately (we saw it driving out of the parking lot), but the cops who Discovery use for recovering vehicles never arrived at the ba*****t parking where the last position was shown on their mapping system and where the trackers were removed. I know this because I have the ba*****t camera footage and have spoken to security, no cops arrived. Discovery had 20 minutes to find my vehicle and they never did. Discovery still insist on fitting C track trackers but what is the point? My Insurance premium was also pushed up from R914 to R1,278 and then to R1,564 in less than one year. That is an increase of over 70% in one year which is absolute madness. Beware of Discovery Insure.
