Discovery Insure Poor Customer Service
I had an accident on 20 April the emergency department at Discovery Insure were absolutely amazing. Thereafter Service just declined. We receive no updates for the assigned consultant. I leave messages she doesn’t return my calls. I spoke to Deni at diacovery insure who was so rude to me. It’s almost 1 month and my car hire expires on the 21st today i look in the app and further damages were found ONE MONTh later so now repairs are delayed. How does Diacovery Insure expect me to manage without a car. As per Deni it’s not their problem and I should contact the service provider about the delay. Pathetic customer service from diacovery. Indomt get updates on my car I don’t even know when my car ready.

25 May 2026, 20:17Discovery Insure, I am both shocked and offended that your so called mechanical Specialist firstly had incorrect information that I had spoken to the assessor which i never did. And further to this insinuated in their report that I was trying to de***** Discovery Insure. This accident WAS NOT my fault and such a claim has distressed me further to the anxiety and stress of this accident . We have been loyal clients of Discovery Insure for many years - Health, bank, invest, insure. I am very disappointed in such allegations made against me.
