Discovery Insure Poor Claims Service

This is the worst service I’ve ever received from Discovery Insure. Firstly our car broke down on Youth Day, 16 June and then when I phoned the call centre they said that there is nothing they could do regarding sending a technician out to access the issue (the parking brake system failed) and I would need to contact the motor manufacturer to assist, all they could do was arrange for a tow truck to take it to the nearest dealership. We then instituted a warranty claim and sent the documents on Wednesday last week and to date have had no feedback after two email follow ups and there has been no authorisation on the repair of the vehicle.
