Discovery Insure Policy Termination

Good day,

I just want to say Big Ups to Lindokuhle Ngqulungo from Retentions department at Discovery Insure. I had an issue at work and as a result, could not pay my policy for the month of January. My policy was cancelled and i was called in to bring my car for the removal of DQ-Track devices. I called Discovery Insure to arrange for payment and they told me that there will be no need for that. They will re-instate my policy and there will not give me any penalties.

The guy who helped me was very friendly and understanding. Thank you so much for such great service. Keep up the good work.
