Discovery Insure policy retention

We called Discovery and spoke to Shamanie saying we want to cancel our insurance, having received a better offer elsewhere. Shamanie went out of her way to keep our benefits and premiums in line with the new offer.

One thing I wasn't keen on was being told I will only receive amendments once I've rated her here.

We are awaiting further amendments to be made then we will stay with Discovery due to her efficient service.
