Discovery Insure PLEASE Reconsider your Repair/ Panel Beating partners

I have just raised a concern for the Poor service I have received (and still receiving as my car is still at their premises) from Renew-It Bedfordview.

I am likely in this predicament due to Discovery Insure's insistence to send my car to Renew-It, especially after I begged for an alternative when I had had a bad experience with my other vehicle at the Renew-It Sandton. There must be better repair/ panel beating companies out there. Danmar was my preferred choice by the consultant advised that Danmar was out of business so there was no other choice. Surely they must have more competent options.

Probably this is for clients to always consider be forced on having the courtesy car on the insurance plan
