My request for Discovery Insure is as follows:#Hi Discovery

I believe you have listed claims against my name in 2020, please provide me with the claims history, including the accidental damage that Discovery has claimed I claimed against in 2020. As far as I am aware the only 2020 interaction I have had with Discovery is a battery recharge and a windscreen replace, neither of which is an accident, and should therefore not be listed as such against my profile.

I look forward to receiving this history and detail in writing.

Mrs B Eddy

Discovery insure, I ASKED you to share with me in writing WHY a windscreen replacement due to chips larger than 10cents is listed as accidental damage and therefore affecting my profile. I also asked what the other two accidental damages are that are listed on my profile. As this is the curious thing, I have not been in or had any vehicle accidents to my car or anyone else since I was driven into in 2010. I am therefore very curious as to why you have listed me down as having 3 accident claims. When I used my insurance for (a) windscreen replacement due to chips kick up from road (b) tire puncture - assistance to have spare put onto vehicle -roadside assistance, and (c) jump start due to dead battery - roadside assistance. WHERE IS THE ACCIDENTS, please share those details with me in writing.
