Discovery Insure_Please clone agent Thando Ngwenya for superb service

I received spectacular service from Discovery Insure when I called in to follow up on my claim. The agent that assisted me is one of a kind. She was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgable. She even reminded me of additional benefits that come with my cover which I had completely forgotten about. To spice it up, I ended up saving money on my excess as she realised I had lots of miles that could cover my excess fee. I never new this! Hope other Discovery agents can also have the same passion for service as Thando.
