Discovery insure, please cancel my car insurance with immediate effect

The service at discovery insure is disappointing, for that reason I have been in situations where I had to waste time and money due to the bad service I received from the them, they need to relook at the way they deal with clients, I know a very few good companies that can help them by identifying their gaps and training their people to be the best consultants! I want to cancel my car insurance, emailed them twice, got an automated response, but no contact from them. Every time I need service from them I am forced to go to hellopeter, they should add a “hellopeter” option on their website, im sure their clients will love it.
