Discovery Insure pay back my money

I cancelled my insurance with Discovery Insure last year in September. They did not only ignore my request; they also increased my premiums. I dont even have the car I'm still paying insurance for.

Discovery Insure; please cancel my insurance and pay me back my money (Oct 2018 to Jan 2019 premiums)
