Discovery Insure pathetic, useless, full of s🤬🤬t!!!!!!

After the recent flood in Durban, an assessor came to inspect our damaged, broken items. He TOOK my damaged LAPTOP with him, PROMISING a report, and payment. This was the week of 17th January. It is now 12th Feb and I have heard nothing. No one knows about the laptop, no one has bothered to look for a report. It's as if the Discovery assessor STOLE my laptop. No follow up, no answers, absolutely nothing. It is my work laptop, so ask yourself 'how am I working' well, maybe I'm doing as much work as Discovery Insure. Nada, noting, zip! Makes you want to change to Outsurance and receive the service you pay for. Disgusted, disappointed, disgruntled and I won't hold my breath for a Reply. Stay away from Discovery Insure!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
