Discovery Insure - Pathetic Service

Discovery failed to complete my claim for over a month. I called in numerous times. Part of my claim was settled. My water pump, dstv decoders, charger replacement and payment for Geyser has still not been done. I was told I would be given vouchers for the decoders but none has come thru. My claim was closed and when called in, I was told it was closed in error. You wait 4 ever when you call in. Discovery just ignores you and do not get back to you or do not respond to emails. The service is pathetic.
