Discovery insure pathetic service

I have a claim with Discovery, and Mathapelo was assisgned to my case, it is the utmost disgusting service i have ever received, she does not return my calls or even just reply on any of my numerous mails i sent for a follow up on my case. If this is the service Discovery gives i will even move medical aids. I cannot believe that a corporate company has employees that does not provide any customer service.
