Discovery insure pathetic

Waiting for a response

The system doesn’t work. Points are taken off for no reasons. When passengers are on the phone it deducts points. The system is flawed and I can’t even get assistance. Been a few months no help from discovery. I always keep my device on and in the car and if it doesn’t not lock it up it also deducts Points. This is a discovery issue. They expect you not to drive the vehicle at all. Pathetic customer service and flawed system

Very sad that they done call back or answer their phones and I have to resort to a third party. I have numerous discovery products but can’t get assistance with any of them!!!!
