Discovery Insure Pathetic

Terrible. I had s****ped my car, i proceeded with a claim, i was told to take my car to panel shop for repairs, The repairs done was under par to say the least, basic fundamentals in any repair shop was over looked, I asked for an independent assessor to view the car, something i feel was needed, however its been a week and counting for a assessor to just assess? Over spray, alignment of parts, parts not fitted correctly. I filed a complaint with photos of the repair in order to have my car move to another repairer to fix the remedial works, as i was not accepting the car as is. No comment budging from discovery! You forwarded my email directly to the panel shop, where is the confidentiality? I have called discovery with the owner of the panel shop present to get everyone's story inline, my call gets cut off and un-able to get through again?

I will not recommend Discovery to any one, If you want to face the claim on your own please go with discovery they not here to offer any value they here to debt your account every month. Please dont be fooled by the agent selling you the insurance, what you get sold is not what you receive.
