Discovery Insure over priced but good offers good service
The 2 star rating is for Discovery Insure for increasing premiums twice, In April and July 2022 and no where near other competitors in cost and value. However their staff are always responsive and effective. Zimkita Sundu is one such individual that I would like to single out. She listened carefully and understood why I was terminating my contract and guided me effortlessly in this process. It was a pleasure interacting with Zimkita.
