Discovery Insure np petrol pay back each month

When I bought a new car I was sold a Discovery Insure policy as I wanted to give them a chance "to get hundreds of rands" back each month on my petrol account. For weeks now I have tried to solve the fact that I received no money back as apparently it is in some account and I can only get 50% back after three years! My correspondence was a waste of time. I have since fired the broker and will revert back to use my ABSA credit card at Sasol. There is a lousr R2 800 in the account. Should I change from Discovery Insure, I will loose that money!
